Hey!
I just wanted to let you all know that I’m heading off again on another mission trip from the 4th July until the 23rd July. This trip is again with OM, at their Mediterranean Transform 2011 outreach. I was a part of this mission last summer, and led a dance outreach team in Portugal. This year I will once again be leading a dance team, but will be based in Italy. We will have a week long training and equipping conference in Rome before moving onto our base in Turin, Northern Italy. We will be dancing in public areas to draw a crowd and then share with them about our faith! I’m really thrilled to be going on this trip again, as God taught me so much last summer. I was completely out of my comfort zone, but absolutely loved the experience. I’m once again feeling a bit out of my depths, but I know God will be right there with me and the whole team. I’d love it if you could keep us in your prayers over those 3 weeks!
PRAYER REQUESTS:
Just some quick facts about the Spiritual climate in Italy:
• Evangelical Christians make up just 1% of the Italian population (North Korea has 1.2%).
• Although primarily Roman Catholic, less than a quarter of the population attends mass
regularly.
• Over 100,000 practicing magicians live in Italy (three times the number of Catholic priests).
• The city of Turin has one of the largest satanic churches in Europe.
• With the rising numbers of immigrant minority groups (often from North Africa and South
Asia), Islam is the second largest religion in Italy today.
• More than 31,000 Italian villages have no evangelical witness.
Thanks again for all your prayers and support!! I look forward to telling you what God does on this trip!!
Lots of love!!
Thanks for visiting my blog! I just want to thank the Faith 2 Faith Ministries team for working so hard on this site and for making it what it is!! I’m so excited that I can keep all my lovely supporters up to date with what I’m doing. I hope you enjoy looking at the site, and keep checking back for new stories, updates and upcoming trips that I might be going on!
Lots of love x
Hi everyone,

I’m sure you’re wondering why I’m sending another update, when I just sent one last week!!! I’m sorry for flooding your inboxes! But I have some exciting news that I wanted to share with you all. First of all, thank you for standing with me these past 5 months when I haven’t really had a stable full time job. As you know I’ve been working part time as the choreographer and a backing dancer for the new Innervation solo project, Bebe Vox. I have really enjoyed doing that, and it’s been a fabulous new challenge for me and a great experience!
Well, the exciting news is that I am once again joining Innervation full time as the main choreographer for them. I will be diving straight in creating/choreographing Bebe Vox’s entire show and also touring with her as one of her backing dancers. Bebe Vox goes up and down the country going into schools, performing at festivals and other events using chart style music as a means to communicate the gospel. Alongside that vision, Innervation want to impact the mainstream music industry with a positive role model and evangelize through her music. The project is similar to ‘tbc’ with its vision and the Christian message in the lyrics; but with a fresh and new sound that is current with today…..so it’s exciting but also a new direction for me!
During our last tbc concert, it really hit me how God had used the band in a powerful way. We had gone into thousands of schools, had seen at least 500,000 kids (not including parents and teachers) all over the world and those kids had seen the concerts and heard the good news in a relevant way. Seeds have been planted, and now we just pray that God will continue something in their hearts. That revelation has made me want to continue to use the talents and passions He’s placed within me to see children and teenagers who would never go to church hear how much God loves them!!
So I would really value your prayers through all this. As you know, this is all very new to me. I have been praying for the past few months for God to guide my footsteps and to lead me where He wants me to go. This door has opened up, and after much prayer I feel like this is the next step He wants me to take. I don’t know how long for, but I will keep walking in it until He shuts the door.
I am feeling slightly overwhelmed with what I have been asked to do, and I know there is no way I can do it without God helping me and guiding me! I ask that you pray for supernatural creativity and inspiration for dance moves and for her show. I want to give God excellence in this, not second best…He deserves that!! We want to show that Christianity is EXCITING and not at all boring. Why does the mainstream music and performances have to be better and more professional than a Christian show?!? My heart is to make it excellent so that it truly Glorifies God. I have attached some pictures of us dancing at various Bebe Vox gigs.
I wanted to take the time just to thank you so much for supporting me through all these years. You’re so wonderful and encouraging. I appreciate you so much. As I am joining Innervation Trust again, I will need to continue raising my support. So I just want to ask if you would still like to financially support me in this new chapter?? If you do, then thank you so much!! Please e-mail me at lucy.wells@f2fmi.org to let me know your thoughts!!!
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you feel as excited as I am about this new chapter!!! Thanks so much. You’re all wonderful, and mean so much to me!!!!
Lots of Love,
Lucy-Jayne xx
Hi Everyone!!
Ok, so it’s been a while since I’ve written anything…I apologize for that. This summer has been so crazy with loads going on, but it’s been wonderful and full of fabulous experiences, challenges and new friendships.
As most of you know, I went on the Transform 2010 mission trip with OM along with my parents. It was such a fabulous time!! Before we went, mum had asked me to be the team leader for the dance outreach group going to Portugal. I’ve never been a team leader before so I was very nervous, and didn’t know if I was capable of doing it…..but I knew I had to just trust God and let Him show me what to do and how to lead.
First of all, I went with dad on his pre-conference prayer team to Spain and Morocco. There was just a small team there, but wow what a powerful time we had! We spent those 4 days just praying, and worshiping God and spiritually ‘opening the gates’ of the Med to prepare the way for Gods glory and blessing. It was a great experience being there, and I LOVED going on a ferry from Spain to Morocco. I’ll never forget that. God really spoke to us individually whilst we were there too; it was just a very special time.
From there we went to join the Transform Conference in Italy. This was a training and equipping conference to get everyone prepared for their outreaches. This is where I met my team of girls and when we were able to rehearse and get ready for Portugal. I LOVED seeing Rome for the first time too, gooooorgeous city.
After Italy, me and my parents went our separate ways (as always haha). Mum stayed in Italy, dad was in Malta, and I went to Portugal with my team for 2 weeks. It was such an incredible time!!!! It was awesome to use dance as a way to communicate Gods incredible love to the Portuguese people. It was sooo hot there, which we found difficult when we were dancing, so we decided to just dance at night around 9 or 10….which is when most people are out anyway. They sleep during the afternoon and come out at night until about 2 am. It was strange seeing little 5 year olds walking around with their parents at midnight!!! haha. You certainly don’t get that in England or America.
So we were rehearsing during most days and doing the outreaches in the evening. We would go to a different area of downtown each time, either outside cafes or shops or in the main town square, and we’d put our boom box down and just start dancing!! At first we’d get some strange looks but then people would be drawn to it and come and watch! We had all different types of dance: ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, worship and even African!! The variety was great. After we danced, we then would split up into groups and go and talk to the people that were watching, hand out tracts or just chat to them and sometimes pray.
We had some amazing God-given conversations with people. That type of thing is really out my comfort zone, but when I did it, God did some incredible things that were not done in my own ability or strength. I was able to pray with quite a few people, and share my faith with them and express Gods love for each of those individuals. One man I talked to had tears in his eyes and gave me a huge hug, and said that I was an angel that God sent him that night! He had once gone to church but had drifted away when trouble in his family came; but I prayed with him and he left that night extremely encouraged and having felt Gods love for him once again! So exciting. Please pray that he starts going back to church! We went to an orphanage and also to an elderly people’s home and were able to dance and just be with them. We made some really special friendships within the team and with those in the church that hosted us; I miss them all so much!
Leading was hard at times, especially when you’re already physically exhausted; having to lead and deal with different problems was hard, but God taught me so much and gave me a new confidence in Him. I’d love to do it again next year!! Thank you so much for all your prayers! Gosh there are so many more stories I could share, but you’d be here all night reading this!
Anyway, it was all go when I got back as well. Some of you know that I am currently the choreographer and backing dancer for a new Christian solo artist in the UK called Bebe Vox (if you’re on Facebook, she is on there so check her out!!!). It is only part time right now, basically whenever she has a concert or needs a dance choreographed. But I’m loving it!! It’s a new challenge, and a great experience. I’ve never done choreography to this extent before and it’s teaching me to completely cling onto God for inspiration….and He’s certainly giving it to me!!! Please do keep praying for the next step for me though, either that this becomes more full time or that something else comes up. Praise God for this opportunity …it’s teaching me so much.
Lots of Love,

Hi Everyone!
It’s been a while since I updated you on everything, so I just wanted to keep in touch with you all! Firstly, thank you for all of your prayers through these past few months. Knowing that I have so many fantastic people standing with me in prayer during this has been such a comfort.
Well, tbc is finished!! We had our final concert on the 26th April, and wow, what an amazing night! We had it in a big beautiful, old church just outside of Manchester. We weren’t sure how many would come as we didn’t have loads of time to promote it, but to our wonderful surprise the place was absolutely PACKED full of screaming kids and their parents and of course all of our own friends and family. The line to get in the concert was out the door and half way down the street!! It was such a special night. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end it all! It was also a very emotional night, but lovely. Innervation all went out for a meal together afterwards for one last goodbye, which was also very emotional but again, a lovely way to end it all. So thank you for all your prayers.
To be honest, I was dreading the weeks following the concert, because I knew it would really hit me that it’s finished. I can’t go back home and I just felt like it was going to be a really hard time. But God is so kind, and I’ve actually been really busy!! I’ve been able to go to my church more, and see more people from church that I couldn’t normally because of traveling so much, I’ve been down to see Aimee quite a bit and just been resting and having a break! I’m not going to deny that some days it’s hard knowing I no longer have a job and it’s scary not knowing what’s next, but God has been so faithful and has given me many words of encouragement about Him giving me clarity about the next step, and to not worry because it’s coming. So I’m just clinging onto that really!
I would appreciate your prayers for the next step, I’ve had quite a few wonderful offers over these past couple of weeks, which is a real blessing, but I do need clarity on which is the right one. I need God to make it so clear to me that there is no doubt in my mind!
Another thing I wanted to tell you guys about was a mission trip I’m going on this summer with OM. Many of you may know that OM is doing an outreach this summer in the Mediterranean called Transform 2010. They will have groups in all Mediterranean countries doing outreach in different ways. Well mums ministry, Dancelink, is also a part of it but she needed at Dance Team Leader for her group in Portugal (she’ll be staying in Italy). It may come as a shock to you all…but I love traveling!! Haha. So any chance to travel and see a new country, AND do what I love is very exciting for me! My dad is also leading a prayer group before the Outreach in Spain and Morocco and has asked if I’d like to go. So, I will be going to Spain, then onto Morocco with dad, flying to Rome, Italy for the conference that starts the whole Outreach, then flying to Portugal to be the dance team leader. I am very excited about all this. One little thing, that I thought was amazing and very kind of God, was that years ago I said to a few people that the summer of the year that tbc ended, I wanted to travel around Europe!! I totally forgot about it, until a couple of weeks ago when it hit me that I’m actually doing that! God doesn’t forget anything!
So, after saying all of that, I would like to ask you all a favour. I need to raise the funds to go on this trip! Would any of you be willing to support me on this mission trip? If you feel that you’d like to help me financially, I’d greatly appreciate it!! You’ve all been so wonderful and supportive over these years so it’s difficult to ask for more! However, if you are interested in supporting me, please contact me or my dad! Anything helps. Thank you so much.

If you are in the States, please send a cheque made out to me to:

Thanks again for everything you’ve done for me!! I will continue to keep you all informed on where God leads me next!! Although scary, this is a very exciting time because I’m at a Crossroads and I know God could do some amazing things!
Thanks again for all your prayers.
Lots of love,
Lucy-Jayne xx
Hi everyone!
First of all, I just want to apologize for not sending out a newsletter recently or an e-mail to let you know all that has happened and that is happening! As you can imagine, so far this year has been all about traveling and loads of concerts! So unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to write a newsletter…..but I’m able to write an e-mail! So thank you for being patient with me.

Second of all, I just want to thank all of you for your amazing support and prayer this year especially for our USA tour! It was a huge success, and it couldn’t have happened without you all praying for us and supporting us by coming along to the concerts! It was lovely to see so many of you at one of them. God showed me so much through that tour. I felt so inadequate and unable to help organize such a huge thing; that sort of thing is way out of my comfort zone and I just didn’t feel I could do it. But He showed me that I can do anything through His strength. In my own strength, it just wouldn’t have happened….and believe me I tried! I couldn’t understand why He had called ME to do this, but one thing I knew for sure was that he HAD called me to do it, so I knew I didn’t have to worry. And you know what? It was BETTER than I expected, I didn’t even know what to expect but God had His hand all over it. More things happened in those 5 weeks than I could ever have imagined. I know it also would not have happened without the amazing Heidi Winter and Libby Baker, and of course my dad. They put so much work into everything to make it happen, and for that I am so grateful.
We were able to go into loads of schools in the Fayette County area, including my old school Tyrone Elementary! It was wonderful to go back and perform there and see a few of my teachers! The response we got at all these schools was phenomenal! We were unsure how it would work because we weren’t allowed to share our faith AT ALL in the schools…which is so different than England. But each day we just prayed that even though we couldn’t speak the words, they would just SEE God in us. We would then invite them all to a big concert that they could come along to and then could hear all about Gods incredible love for them. We found out that over all the concerts we did in Georgia, North Carolina and Connecticut…over 100 people made decisions for Christ!! How exciting!! We were also able to minister to a lot of the kids that came to our concerts, with young kids having thoughts of suicide and struggling with issues such as low self-esteem, bullying, and drugs! God used us in
ways we couldn’t even imagine.
After America it was off to one of the biggest Christian Festivals in Europe, Spring Harvest. Spring Harvest is also our new record label, so it was exciting to be a part of that festival this year. We were there for all three weeks so it was quite intense!! Every morning, afternoon and most evenings we were working including weekends. We were performing at least 2 times a day, sometimes 4 or 5 times! With radio interviews, selling our merchandise and being youth workers thrown into it all too! So needless to say we were shattered by the end, but I wouldn’t change any of it for the world! It was definitely one of my most memorable and exciting experiences of being in the band.
I do have some very sad, but exciting news to tell you all. One of our members, Natalie, who has been in the band the longest…..for 5 years, has decided to move on from the band and pursue other things. Although we will miss her soooo much, we are excited to see what God is going to do in this next part of her life. Her and her husband are moving to South Africa to work with a church in Pretoria….one of the churches that we visited whilst out there. So we are now in the process of looking for a new member! It is strange for us, as the 4 of us have been so close and have worked so well together these past 2 years. So now with someone else just coming in it seems quite hard. But we are excited. Please pray for the right girl to come in!
We do need to find her soon, as we want to start recording our next album as soon as possible. That is our biggest prayer request at the moment. Please just continue to pray for that!!! If you know a girl between the ages of 18-25, who is a singer, dancer and has a heart for evangelism and would be interested in auditioning, please let me know! It would be greatly appreciated.
I am currently at home in Atlanta on my summer holiday! So I’m very excited, and looking forward to these next 2 weeks break. I’m definitely in need of it! I’m sure I’ll see some of you during that time!
Sorry for this MASSIVE e-mail…I had loads to say. Again, sorry for it being so late. I could NOT be doing this without all of you and your amazing support and encouragements!!
Lots and lots of love,
Lucy-Jayne xxx
Hi Everyone!
I just wanted to send you an e-mail to remind you about our upcoming 5 WEEK USA TOUR!! Yes, I realise that I told you it was 4 weeks….but it has been extended since then. We leave this Thursday, the 22nd of January until the 25th of February. We cannot belive how quickly it has come around….it feels like it was only just December. Our schedule is looking very good at the moment which is exciting, however the first week we are there, the 26th-30th of Jan, we could really do with a few more bookings. We will be in North Carolina for one weekend, Atlanta Georgia for 2-3 weeks, and Connecticut for 1 week…then after all is done we are going to New York just for a couple of days to explore which we are all very excited about!
As you would probably be aware, 5 weeks away is a long time, especially for the other girls. It’s still long for me but I’m going to be at home for 2-3 weeks so I’m not complaining!! : ) In America, going into schools is alot different than in the UK. You can’t talk at all about God or Christianity, so we have had to completely change our assembly to fit that criteria. It is a bit discourageing as the whole reason we do what we do is to tell kids about God! But we are hoping and praying that even though we can’t talk about God in the assemblies, that loads of kids will come to the various concerts around the city where we can full on let go and not hold anything back about our faith.
Please do pray that lives will be impacted and transformed in these areas, and that God would blow our minds at the work that he does there. Please also pray for strength, and lots of passion even in the times that we are feeling exhausted….that we will get our peace, joy and enthusiasm from the One who has called us to go there in the first place. He can use both our strengths and our weakness to bring people into His Kingdom!!!
Just imagine the miracles and salvations that could happen if people stand behind us and pray for Gods Will to be done! We CANNOT do this mammoth task alone, please do think of us. We want this whole tour to be saturated in prayer.
Continue to pray for more bookings to come in, even whilst we’re there, but thank God for the amount of concerts and schools bookings that have already come in!
I would love it if those of you who are in Atlanta could come along to one of our concerts and support us! Here are some details of the concerts:
All concerts are free, so bring along your friends and family! There all going to be fantastic nights!!
To find out more about TBC visit our website www.tbcmusic.com, where you can see a list of all the schools we are going to.
Thanks again!! Looking forward to seeing you all in a couple of days!!
Lots of Love,
Lucy-Jayne
