So I joined Innervation in October 2006, to join their girlband tbc. tbc’s vision was to reach as many young kids as possible through chart-style music and to tell them about Gods love for them. God used the band in so many ways, ways that we could never imagine or ever do by our own efforts. At concerts, hundreds of kids would become christians, including whole families! We packed out the Manchester Apollo for our album launch in 2007, and were able to tell thousands about our faith in God which was such a special night. We went to festivals, youth events, community concerts all over the country…..and showed people that Christianity is exciting and not at all boring! We wanted to break the stereotype, and show them the truth about our faith through the concerts which were like a huge party. We went to South Africa, and toured around Pretoria schools, churches and orphanages and went on a 5 week tour to the USA doing the same. We just pray that even though the band has finished, the message we told those thousands of people around the world will continue to grow in their hearts.

Now, as I said, I’m working with BeBe Vox. I’m absolutely loving it and excited to see how God uses this awesome project. BeBe is so on fire for God and passionate about reaching the lost, and I’m thrilled to be able to work alongside her. As the choreographer, half the time I don’t know what I’m doing haha, but God is giving me amazing inspiration and creativity to be able to do this job which I believe He’s called me to for right now. I’m not sure for how long, but I will keep doing it until He tells me to move on. I love working with Innervation, it has become like another family. God has really gifted the two directors, Mark Pennells and Zarc Porter, with incredible skills and talents to be able to do the work that they’ve been doing for the past 20 odd years. They have taught me so much, and continue to teach me every day that I work there.

I am so desperate to see this nation transformed. These young people that are so hungry, so desperate for something to fill that void within them that nothing seems to fill. God is the ONLY one that can fill it. Music reaches them, music is the language that speaks to everyone in some way or another….it feeds the soul. We wanna feed them with life, with hope and with a message that’s true. That’s my heart, my vision, my desire.
